1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused.
- It must have all original tags attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return

- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

- Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it is defective, damaged, or was the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return label after you contact us.
- All Other Returns: For all other returns (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at support@safetallow.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- 6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

7. Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds
- We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- We will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@safetallow.com.
